1. Agreement
By creating an account or using TradieGo Growth, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Subscription & Billing
TradieGo Growth is a paid subscription service. Plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
3. Immediate Access
Subscriptions begin immediately upon successful payment. There is no free trial — you are charged on signup and gain instant access to the platform.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.
5. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. We do not provide refunds for partial months, unused leads or change-of-mind cancellations.
6. Lead & Opportunity Disclaimer
TradieGo Growth provides verified leads and project opportunities but does not guarantee that any lead will result in a job, contract or revenue. Conversion depends on your quoting, follow-up and service quality.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, comply with all applicable Australian laws and licensing requirements for your trade, treat all leads and customers professionally, and not misuse the platform.
8. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software and data on the platform is owned by TradieGo Growth or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell or redistribute platform content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradieGo Growth is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, profit or business arising from your use of the platform.
11. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages or force majeure events may occasionally affect access.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
