1. Agreement
By creating an account or using TradieGo Growth ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to both our Australian platform (tradiegogrowth.com) and our United States platform (TradieGo USA), unless a specific clause states otherwise. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. What We Provide
TradieGo Growth provides AI agents and growth tools built for tradies and contractors. This includes AI operations agents for estimating, scheduling, follow ups and crew coordination, and — for Australian customers — access to verified leads, tender opportunities and subcontract work via our growth platform. The exact features available depend on your region and the plan you select.
3. Plans & Billing
Access to AI agents and the growth platform is offered on month-to-month plans. All plans are billed in Australian dollars (AUD) via Stripe. By signing up you authorise recurring charges to your nominated payment method until you cancel. Pricing for each plan is shown on the relevant pricing or agent page before you check out.
4. Immediate Access
Plans begin immediately on successful payment. You are charged at signup and gain instant access to the AI agents and platform features included in your plan. We do not offer free trials unless explicitly stated on the relevant product page.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
6. Refunds
Plan fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law (including the Australian Consumer Law for AU customers, and applicable US state and federal law for US customers). We do not provide refunds for partial months, unused AI agent usage, unused leads or change-of-mind cancellations.
7. AI Agents — Use & Disclaimer
Our AI agents generate estimates, messages, schedules, follow ups and operational outputs based on the inputs you provide. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending it to a customer, supplier or third party, and for the accuracy of any quotes, agreements or communications issued from your account. AI agents may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete output; we do not warrant that AI outputs are error-free.
8. Lead & Opportunity Disclaimer (AU)
Where TradieGo Growth provides leads or project opportunities (currently to Australian customers), we verify them but do not guarantee that any lead will result in a job, contract or revenue. Conversion depends on your quoting, follow up and service quality.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, comply with all laws and licensing requirements applicable to your trade in your jurisdiction, treat all customers and third parties professionally, and not misuse the platform or AI agents (including not using them for unlawful, abusive or misleading communications).
10. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, AI agent designs and platform data are owned by TradieGo Growth or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell or redistribute platform content or AI agents. You retain ownership of your own business data that you input into the platform.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradieGo Growth is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, profit or business, arising from your use of the platform or AI agents.
13. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including AI model providers and payment processors) or force majeure events may occasionally affect access.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the platform or AI agents, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
15. Governing Law
For Australian customers, these terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales. For United States customers, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
