We collect information you provide directly — including your name, email, phone number, business name, business identifiers (e.g. ABN in Australia or EIN in the US), trade type, service areas and payment details. We also collect content you submit to the platform (such as quotes, customer messages, schedules and other operational data used by your AI agents), and technical information such as IP address, device type, browser and usage data via cookies and analytics tools.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the platform, run the AI agents on your behalf (including generating estimates, messages, follow ups and schedules), deliver relevant leads and opportunities where applicable, process plan payments, provide customer support, send service and marketing communications (which you can opt out of at any time), and improve our products.
4. AI Agents & Your Data
When you use our AI agents, the inputs you provide (such as customer details, project information and message content) are processed by us and our AI model providers solely to generate the requested output for your account. We do not use your business or customer data to train public AI models. AI model providers process this data under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
5. Payment Details
Payments are processed securely by Stripe in Australian dollars (AUD) for all customers. We do not store full card details on our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you logged in, measure platform performance and personalise content. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly.
7. Third-Party Services
We share limited information with trusted service providers (hosting, AI model providers, analytics, payment processing, email delivery) who are contractually required to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information.
